Through MICAH, congregational and faith leaders build relationships and organize within their congregations, community, and region. These relationships, within a strategic framework, generate the power, commitment, and action that creates the political will to realize our vision.
This document represents one of our clear directions. We also remain deeply committed to the issue of youth homelessness as can be seen in the 2100 homeless youth in the St. Paul Public School system, and supporting and growing the services for those kids and their parents.

Persons experiencing homelessness and low income face numerous barriers which limit their participation in the election process. Most states do not require residents have a traditional residence in order to vote in elections.
