St Paul Chapter Housing Bus Tour
Over 40 people participated in the St. Paul MICAH Housing Bus Tour, including city council members, county commissioners, legislators, faith leaders, and chapter members.
We heard from several people who have experienced homelessness, service providers, including Listening House, Project Home, Maxfield Elementary, and Salvation Army, and toured Western U Plaza. View our agenda.
People left inspired to turn around the housing crisis set in motion 40 years ago and to tackle some big issues, including gentrification and considering inclusionary zoning. As a result, the St. Paul MICAH Chapter will be hosting policy makers, at their requests, at upcoming meetings to talk more in depth about solutions being considered. Stay tuned!
