MetroStats: Income, Education, and Immigration in the Twin Cities, 2008-2012
Regional Policy and Research recently published a new MetroStats providing an overview of the region’s 186 cities and townships during the 2008-2012 period, with particular attention to the variation across census tracts within communities. Since 1990, NCH has sponsored National Homeless Persons' Memorial Day on or near the first day of winter (December 21) to remember our homeless friends who have paid the ultimate price for our nation's failure to address the issue. This year the National Health Care for the Homeless Council (NHCHC) has joined us in co-sponsoring this event.

National Homeless Persons' Memorial Day 2014 Manual. Since 1990, the National Coalition for the homeless (NCH) has sponsored National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day every year on the first day of winter, the longest night of the year, to bring attention to the tragedy of homelessness and to remember those who have died while living without a permanent home. Beginning in 2005, the National Health Care for the Homeless Council and the National Consumer Advisory Board joined NCH as co-sponsors of this meaningful event
